Multimedia University (MMU) and Cyberview Sdn. Bhd. (Cyberview) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to spur and retain technology-led talent in Cyberjaya. The pact was signed by the President of MMU, Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Ahmad Rafi Mohamed Eshaq and the Managing Director of Cyberview, Najib Ibrahim at RekaSpace, Cyberjaya recently.
The two-year industry-academia collaboration is designed following the Cyberview’s Living Lab initiative to provide learning platforms and enduring programmes for both students and the institution concerning SmartCities development and sustainability. The four-pronged programmes of Cyberview Living Lab; talent, accelerator, pilot and enterprise will encourage the growth of local talent and fortify the development of technology innovation.
Also present at the ceremony were the Vice President, Research and Innovation MMU, Prof. Ir. Dr. Hairul Azhar Abdul Rashid and the Head of Technology Hub Development Cyberview Sdn. Bhd., Siti Shafinaz Md. Salim.
