Multimedia University (MMU) received a delegation from the Council of Deans and Educators of Business in Region IV-A (CODEB4A) Philippines on 15 July 2019 at the SIRI Intelligent Lab, FOM. The delegation of 19 guests who are deans and educators from 13 universities in the Philippines, was led by Dr. Amado Magsino, the President Emeritus, Chair, International Linkages, Executive Committee Member of the Passage to ASEAN (P2A).
The guests were welcomed with a briefing about MMU by Prof. Dr. Ho Chin Kuan, the Vice President of Academic and Internationalisation. The visit aimed to achieve a few objectives namely international benchmarking on business academic programmes, curriculum, faculty & student development programmes, facilities and other areas of concern in business education. It also focused on the establishment of international linkage with business and management schools outside the Phillippines and to explore the possibility of Faculty and Student Exchange Programme with MMU.
Also joining the meet and greet session were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nahariah Jaafar, Dean of the Faculty of Management (FOM); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gerald Goh Guan Gan, Dean of the Faculty of Business (FOB), Prof. Dr. Neo Tse Kian from Research Institute and Mdm. Indahsah Sidek, the Director of International Relations.
