MMU Inks MoU with Mokpo National Maritime University

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Multimedia University (MMU) President, Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Ahmad Rafi Mohamed Eshaq and the Mokpo National Maritime University (MNMU) of Republic of Korea president, Prof. Dr. Park Sung-Hyeon in MMU Cyberjaya recently. The auspicious ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Ong Sue Lyn, Dean of Faculty of Applied Communication (FAC) and Prof. Dr. Pyo Hyun-Young Director of Korean Language and Cultural Centre, International Exchange Division of MNMU.

The two-year MoU is aimed at providing students from both institutions with exposure to exchange programmes as well as knowledge sharing. The MoU is a boost to various collaboration activities that will start in March led by Ms Kim Mihyang from FAC and Prof. Dr.Pyo Hyun-Young of MNMU. The MNMU is a specialised maritime institute that focuses on cultivating intellectuals who will have not only the leadership for new maritime culture but also the knowledge of maritime science.
