Inspiring Primary School Children To Be Junior Creative Animators

Faculty of Information Science and Technology (FIST) in collaboration with Creative Sandbox Enterprise organised a workshop entitled “Junior Creative Animator” which was participated by 14 primary school students in Melaka recently.

It was an amazing one-day workshop which kept the participants occupied with fun and creative animation activities. The workshop comprised activities such as designing content from scratch, storyboard designing as well as infographic designing. All participants enjoyed themselves in creating the infographics based on their storyboard design and the most interesting part was to animate the infographics. On the other hand, parents were impressed with FIST Smart Lab and MMU facilities.

It was definitely a meaningful workshop beneficial to all participants as they acquired the knowledge of infographics to be the perfect way to present complex information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
