A total of 120 alumni of Faculty of Business (FOB) gathered at the first-ever gathering session at Hatten Hotel, Melaka recently. The gathering was organised with the objective to bridge the gap between the university and alumni as well as to create networking amongst them. The participants were presented with various activities including singing performances, Best MBA student award giving ceremony, launching of FOB I-Biz Lab and lucky draw.
The event was also enlivened with a sharing session by five alumni speakers from a diverse background of careers. They were Hiswadi Anuar (Human Resource Manager from Human Resource Development Fund – HRDF), Mohd Nadzri Kamsin (Senior Analyst of Institute Darul Ridzuan), Tai Zi Kang (Founder of Fitgear & Oxwhite), Lee Chun Siew (HR cum Marketing Manager from Glory Excellent Management) and Megan Goh (HR Executive of Oriental Food Industry). The organiser hopes that all alumni to stay in touch with each other and together build the image of MMU as a prestigious and reputable university.
Also present during the event were Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Ahmad Rafi Mohamed Eshaq, the President of MMU; Assoc. Prof Dr. Gerald Goh Guan Gan, the Dean of FOB and Dr. Mohd Nazri Mohd Noor, the Deputy Dean of FOB.
