SHORT COURSES 2024
Our short courses are customized for students, with the following objectives:
1. To help students enhance their understanding and knowledge of certain topics related to Engineering
2. To develop and improve technical skills, such as programming (MATLAB and Python) and software proficiency (AutoCAD)
3. To develop important soft skills, such as presentation and communication skills (oral presentation and website design)
Certificates of attendance will be provided, and special rates are also available to all MMU students.

1 Who are the trainers for these short courses?
All the trainers are academics (including Professors and Associate Professors) from the Faculty of Engineering, Multimedia University, Cyberjaya who are highly qualified in their field. Most trainers have PhD qualification and relevant experience in the related topic. Some courses also have qualified external trainers with industrial experience.2Is there a discount for the short course?
There is a special rate for all MMU students. Please refer to the registration forms for the fee.3Is there any certification provided after taking the short course?
No certification is provided. However, we will provide a certificate of attendance for each participant after they have submitted their feedback form.4 Is the short course limited to Malaysians?
No, it is open to both Malaysians and international participants.5 What is the mode of delivery for the short course?
Please refer to the registration forms for the mode of delivery as there are online and physical (face-to-face) short courses. All physical courses will be held in Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia.6Is there any pre-requisite courses or knowledge for the short courses?

For local transaction or payment within Malaysia, participants may perform online payment using JomPay (please refer to the course information file and/or registration form for further payment instructions) or using MMU's Payment Channel. We will use Google Meet for the online short course. A link to join a Google Meet session will be given to you. To join a video meeting, you need to download the Meet mobile app or use a supported web browser.10Will the course materials be provided?
