Around 40 students from Multimedia University (MMU), accompanied by two lecturers from the Faculty of Engineering (FOE), Prof. Ir. Dr. Hezerul Karim and Mr. Haris Lye, attended the AISSE’25 on 22 January 2025 at the Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC).

The event served as a platform for showcasing the latest advancements in security technology, bringing together industry leaders from both local and international sectors to explore new trends in public safety, national security, and security management.

Students also attended AISSE ’25 Summit Plenary Forum on “Securing the Future: Leveraging 5G Technology to Strengthen National Security”. It explored how 5G can strengthen national security by enhancing cyber threat detection and response, securing networks, and supporting efforts against online scams and cybercrime. Moderator was Puan Eneng Faridah bt Iskandar, Chief Enforcement Officer, MCMC. The speakers are:
