15 years of total experience in the telecommunication field. Started as RF engineer for Celcom 3G project in 2006. Have both planning and optimization experience for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technologies in Malaysia and oversea projects in Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia. Currently working as a 5G trainer at ZTE. Work experience involved in the swap, rollout, re-farming, modernization, managing services, and VIP complaint project.
