Abstract: This presentation provides a practical guide to LTE Radio Network Planning. It shares the process of how to plan for a LTE radio network from ground up. This presentation answers the fundamental question of how many sites are needed? Where should the sites be located? And what is the outcome of the planned LTE radio network? This presentation also aims to show the thought process and many considerations involved in planning a LTE Radio network. Lastly, this presentation gives an overview into the daily roles of a RF Planning engineer.
