Position: Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:
•    Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support
such as installation, configuration, commissioning, and integration for
any company products.
•    Responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of Access
equipment, and handling technical issues and engineering issues.
•    To maintain close working relationship with our key customers and
subcontractors.
•    Provide technical solution training and guidance to customer when
required.
•    Responsible to monitor and maintain access networks, transmission
network.
•    Responsible for the stability of the access production network.
Job Requirements:
•    Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in
Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software
Engineering of other related fields.
•    1-2 years working experience.
•    Familiar with basic network technologies, transmission, fiber
optical will be an added advantage;
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Fresh graduates with passionate learning attitude are also encouraged.
•    Languages required: English, Malay, Mandarin

Position: Presales Engineer

Job Description:
•    Work with sales teams to identify potential customers, understand
customer needs and define solutions.
•    Analyze and define customer technical requirements and develop
technical relationships
•    Create, maintain, and enhance relationship with key technical customer.
•    Assist in activities including preparation of BOM, liaising with
partner/principal on technical aspects, solution verifications, proposal
writeup, customer presentations, clarifications, proof of concepts, and
other related activities.

Job Requirements:
•    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
qualification majoring in Telecommunications or other related fields.
•    1-3 years’ experience in FTTX is an added advantage.
•    Experience working in Huawei, ZTE, NOKIA is an added advantage.
•    Technical skills: GPON, XGPON, OLT, ONU, ONT, MSAN, FTTC, FTTB, FTTX
•    Languages required: English, Malay, Mandarin
•    Junior / fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
