On 15th January 2021, the Human Capital Management (HCM) hosted the first Presidential Address for this year with more than 900 staff followed the session via Google Meet. In his speech, Prof Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, the President of MMU emphasised on the staff’s role to support the initiatives by the University in an effort to steer MMU to a greater level.

The President also explained on university’s milestone for 2020 in terms of the university’s rankings, staff and students’ achievements, and others. Despite the challenges with the COVID-19 outbreak, Prof Mazliham urged all staff to move in one direction through MMU Plus U’s aspirations towards the university’s growth and sustainability. The two-hour session was ended with the Q & A session, which garnered positive response and feedback from the staff. It is hoped that MMU community will stay strong and work harder to achieve or even exceed their goals and KPIs for this year.
