MMU Students Win 2nd Runner-Up in IIC’24
A group of four students from MMU, namely Lashvini Velao, Dashania Elvira Gregory, Clarice Lee Kah Yee, and Ee Suan, representing the Faculty of Business (FOB) and the Faculty of Law (FOL), secured the 2nd Runner-Up position at the International Innovation Competition (IIC’24) held on 17 October 2024 at ACE Convention Centre.
Under the expert mentorship of Dr. Audrey Lim Li Chin and Dr. Mohammad Tariqul Islam Khan, their innovative project, CHÈRE, was recognised for its exceptional creativity and significant impact. As a result of their hard work and initiative, they were awarded a cash prize, certificates of achievement, and a prestigious medal.
Organised by the University of Malaya-Wales (UMW), this highly competitive event brought together a total of 80 participants, including professionals, academics, graduates, and students from diverse fields, to showcase groundbreaking ideas and solutions.
