On 10 June 2023, a Community Awareness Talk was organised by the Junior Chamber International, Malacca City Entrepreneur (JCIMCE) at JCI MCE Secretariat. Co-hosted by MMU Business Society (MUBS) and Malaysia Chinese Women Entrepreneurs Association (MCWEA), the event helped the community to gain safety awareness by DSP Nor Azlinda Hj. Nordin, Pegawai Turus Kepolisan Komunity Melaka from the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).

This awareness talk aimed to bridge the gap between law enforcement agencies and community members in fostering a sense of trust, understanding, and collaboration. Among the topics covered were related scammer cases, e-Reporting, and others. Jeffrey Quek Shue Yew, our FOB student who is also the President of MUBS led his team members to participate in the talk. This initiative demonstrates the students’ commitment to creating a safer environment but also contributes to the shared goal of building a stronger and more secure community.
