Industrial Advisor’s Visit Enhances DiBA Programme at FOB
The Faculty of Business (FOB) welcomed the Industrial Advisor for the Diploma in Business Administration (DiBA) programme, Mr. Wilking Lim Wei King on 18 November 2024. He was warmly received by the Program Coordinator, Ms. Ummu Umairah, as part of the faculty’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ learning experiences through industry-academic collaboration.
The discussion focused on providing comprehensive insights into the DiBA academic program. Mr. Wilking also took the opportunity to connect with students, fostering meaningful interactions alongside representatives Ms. Iylia Syafiqah, Mr. Mustarul, Ms. Faezah Othman, and Ms. Nurainiah. These exchanges aimed at identifying potential improvements to the DiBA program.
During the visit, Mr. Wilking toured the campus facilities, including classrooms equipped with smartboards, the iBiz Lab, SHDL, Rimbun Ilmu, CLC, and SRC. The tour provided an impressive overview of MMU’s academic environment and resources. The visit concluded with a token of appreciation presented by Dr. Afandi Yusof, Deputy Dean of Student Experience and Alumni. All in all, the visit provided valuable insights, encouraging FOB to actively engage in industrial collaborations and enabling the DiBA programme to excel in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
