Multimedia University (MMU) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) exchanged the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) at Cyberjaya campus on the 25^th March 2021. Through the pact, MMU will be the first university in Malaysia to offer the Finance Leadership Programme (FLP) for professional accountants.

The FLP is created to help students develop mastery of critical skills with three levels namely the operational level, the management level, and the strategic level. MMU and CIMA have collaborated closely for the CIMA A Star Programme, which provides an accelerated pathway for our high achievers in the Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) programme since 2018.

The exchange ceremony was attended by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, MMU President; Mr. Venkkat Ramanan, the Regional Vice President- Asia Pacific; CIMA, Ms. Ginny Lim, CIMA Head for South East Asia; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gerald Goh Guan Gan, Director of Strategy and Quality Assurance (SQA); Dr. Ruzanna Abd Razak, Deputy Dean (Faculty of Management), and other MMU officials.
