Invitation to NTIS Pi-Law Talk Series: The Importance of Founders’ Agreement
Do you know that irrespective of the type of business entity proposed to be incorporated, proceeding without a formal founders’ agreement is the single biggest mistake entrepreneurs can commit before commencing their business operations?
The number of situations that can arise due to that single mistake is enormous. What will the respective founders’ role and obligations be? What will happen to the company’s equity?
