Assistant Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:
· To maintain transmission equipment, monitoring incoming feeds and outgoing transmission.
· To quickly troubleshooting any problems that arise.
· Responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of Access equipment, and handling technical issues and engineering issues during the period.
· Responsible for Access technical training and guidance when required.
· Maintain customer satisfaction and subcontractor management.
· Responsible for the stability of the Access production network.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering of other related fields.
· Experience in TM and MSAN will be an added advantage, Familiar with basic network technologies.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Languages required: English, Malay. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
· Fresh graduates with passionate learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

Assistant Technical Support Engineer (DWDM)

Job Description:
· Technical support for OTN project and responsible for network equipment operation and maintenance, network optimization and equipment opening to ensure the stable operation of the network;
· Responsible for the maintenance of the corresponding network customer relationship and enhance customer perception;
· Explore potential opportunities in the operation and maintenance process and assist in the promotion of sales;
· To maintain close working relationship with our key customers and subcontractors.
· Provide technical solution training and guidance to customer when required.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering of other related fields.
· Possess experience in related telco company will be selected in priority.
· Languages required: English, Malay. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
