The Faculty of Applied Communication (FAC) recently announced the appointment of Dr. Mokhtarrudin Ahmad as it new Dean. Dr. Mokhtarrudin brings over 25 years of industry experience to the position, having worked in both private and public sectors. He has also served as an academic leader for over 10 years at two public universities.

Dr. Mokhtarrudin is a passionate advocate for education, with a particular interest in promoting excellence and inclusivity in higher education. He believes that education should be accessible to all, and is committed to providing students with the tools and resources they need to succeed in today’s rapidly changing world.

As the new dean of FAC, Dr. Mokhtarrudin is responsible for leading the faculty in its mission to develop innovative communication leaders who are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to make an impact in the industry.
